Warranty Coverage

Silhouette Outdoor Furniture warrants our outdoor furniture for hospitality use under normal conditions and with proper care and maintenance. Hospitality use includes public and guest-facing areas such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, apartment communities, rooftop spaces, and similar environments.

• Aluminum & Stainless Steel Frames — 5 Years: If an aluminum or stainless steel frame fails structurally during normal use within five years, Silhouette will repair or replace the frame at no charge.
• Powder Coated Finishes — 3 Years: Powder coated finishes on aluminum and stainless steel are warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for three years from the date of purchase. Silhouette may repair, refinish, or replace the frame with the same or similar product if the original item has been discontinued.
• Silhouette-Supplied Sunbrella Fabrics: Sunbrella fabrics supplied by Silhouette are covered according to the fabric manufacturer’s standard warranty timeline. Fabrics must be maintained according to Silhouette’s Care and Maintenance guidelines.
• PE Wicker, Fabric Straps & Ropes — 3 Years: PE wicker, fabric straps, and ropes are warranted for three years against breakage and excessive fading under normal use.

Natural Stone Tabletops

Silhouette-provided natural stone tops, including granite, marble, travertine, quartz, and similar materials, are warranted for three years from the date of delivery to the end user against structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

Natural stone is handcrafted and each piece is unique. Variations in color, veining, texture, and gloss are expected characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects. Stone tops require periodic maintenance and sealing to help preserve their surface and protect against deterioration, staining, and cracking.

What Is Not Covered

• Failure caused by unreasonable, unanticipated, abusive, or improper use
• Failure caused by lack of reasonable care or necessary maintenance
• Normal fading of fabrics, woven materials, or finishes over time
• Flattening, compression, or softening of cushions and pads
• Glass tabletops
• Steel swivel mechanisms
• Changes in wood color due to natural aging
• Minor variations in color, texture, finish tone, or gloss level
• Scratching, chipping, pitting, staining, fading, or discoloration of natural stone surfaces
• Damage caused by moisture absorption, freezing, or cracking in porous or veined stone
• Finish failure from poolside or seaside use when reasonable care and maintenance has not been provided
• Damage caused by acts of nature, wind, extreme weather, fire, flood, saltwater exposure, or other environmental conditions
• Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or repairs made after the product has left Silhouette

Care Requirements

Proper care and maintenance are required to preserve the beauty, performance, and longevity of Silhouette products. Failure to follow recommended care instructions may void warranty coverage.

How to Submit a Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please contact your Silhouette sales representative or the Silhouette corporate office with the following information:

• Order number or invoice number
• Project or property name
• Product photos showing the issue
• Description of the concern
• Date of purchase, delivery, or installation
• Any related care or maintenance history
